Tried this one in Santo Domingo before flying home...sweet and warm rum...Love it fruits, vanilla, caramel, chocolate...Happy because this one is very difficult to find in Europe. Probably because i combine this rum with perfect caribbean holidays...sweet memories😊💥

Schöne dunkle Farbe.
Im Geruch Melasse und Grastöne, im Geschmack nicht scharf, rund, es dominiert die Süße, Melasse und Holztöne, danach kann man noch Zart Vanille und Karamell wahrnehmen.
Im Abgang immer noch Süß und am Ende bleibt eine zarte Holz-Zucker Note.
Fazit: Für Liebhaber von süssem Rum sicher ein großartiges Erlebnis.
Ich mag es eher trocken.

A friend gifted me a bottle of Siglo de Oro so I was very excited to try other Dominican rums. I haven't compared them side by side yet but this may be my favorite so far. I'm not much for sipping rums, I almost always mix cocktails, but I get it now. I would sip this rum all day.
Edit: Officially better than Siglo de Oro. Fantastic rum. Richer, darker notes. Liquid gold.
One of my favorites very smooth, only issue cannot get in the USA. Can only purchase in the Dominican Republic.

Delicioso. Lo podría tomar todo el tiempo. Es una lastima que no se consiga en Colombia. Traje 4 botellas y seré muy egoísta ya que no lo compartiré con nadie
Bardzo gęsty, bardzo rodzynkowy. Obowiązkowy w trakcie pobytu w Dominikanie. Rażąca przebitka cenowa (tam do kupna za kilkanaście dolarów).

The sweet edge of this rum complements its power and density. I would say this is the perfect cross between Zacapa and Legendario. The succulent character of this rum makes it pleasantly enjoyable especially among friends.
As a Dominican, I’ll tell you this is one of the BEST affordable Rums there is! Amazing sipping rum, amazing color, amazing smell, almost no burn at all, a tiny bit sweet, it tastes like a super smooth Mamajuana… could mix with if preferred.
Very nice taste, very good texture, smooth taste, full aroma with wood, long finish really amazing rum!

This is an excellent sipping rum, I enjoyed it with lime on the rocks. For the price this is a must have for me. I bought this at duty-free in the Dominican Republic, I can’t find it in the USA, I wish I bought an entire case!

I probably didn't drink enough of this to give it a proper review. I was at a cigar bar in Punta Cana when a stranger who splurged on a bottle poured me a drink. It was some of the best tasting rum I've ever had. I've tried 100 different rums in my day but the Legend is now the unicorn that I cannot get stateside.
