Quality and nice price, so sweet you can't mix it, or only with honey.

One of my all time favourites. Perfect one a hot summer day in the Caribbean
After drinking about 25 different rums at the UK rumfest 2013 me and my drinking buddy were blown away by this and both brought a bottle. Tastes like nothing else.. Smooth, great flavour, sweet but not to sweet.
Not to be mixed ...
Decouvert il y a 1 an et c est tout simplement excellent. ....

A bit on the sweet side, but great as an after dinner sipper. Very nice!

Med Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum får du virkelig meget rom for pengene, jeg plejer at sige god "hverdags" rom.
Good but a little simple, and after years in the wonderful world of rum, this one lack of something that make it ... less consensual.
Bon, mais trop passe partout, pas de caractère à lui...

Glad I was introduced to this modest priced Demerara rum. Excellent tastes of molasses and caramel. Something to sip regularly.

"The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose"
"The nose is dominated by notes of caramel, toffee and crème. On the back end of the aromas, I can detect a hint of smoke and pineapple"

Smells sweet. It is fruity, oranges, grapes and raisins with scents of chocolate and a sweet almost syrupy.
"The tasting notes on the site are very accurate vanilla, fudge/toffee sauce are noticeable as are notes of vanilla and a finish which is slightly bitter like cocoa which leaves a hit of oakiness on the taste buds. The finish is pretty short. ."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

My brother gave me this as a bday gift.
Having never had Diplomatico of any taste, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
So it was good. Real good. Drinking it meat was the way for me.
Lots of flavors swirling around. Not much burn.
Added a small ice cube to the next and it really opened up.
Can’t wait to try some of their other tastes.
