Angostura White Reserva

Nothing special but with Coke even better than Bacardi...

Très basique et sans complexité. Nez et saveur sur des fruits à coques (noisette, amande). Pas du tout agressif mais aucun intérêt à être bu seul.

Not a bad choice for your bar for its price. It does it job as good mixer tho i would not recommend to drink on its own.

For some occasions a white Rum is needed. Basically in my mind (so far) there is two.

Has a little alcohol burn. But i like the fresh and fruity hints.

This is a more flavorful version of Bacardi silver.

This is a strange rum, because I don't think I'd hand out a 6 to anything that wasn't at least passable for sipping. This one, however, is too astringent for my tastes for sipping, yet it's pretty decent in a Daiquiri or Mojito. The bonus is, it's cheaper than what I was using before, but I never really used my previous one for sipping anyway, so it's fine by me to use this one.

Color : Clear
Flavour : Light citrus note with some apple hint.
Palate : Light, clean and short

A good white rum to blend in cocktail such as Honey combs Mojito & Daiquiri.
