Botran Solera Reserva 15-Year

Je dirais que ce Botran est juste correct.
Serait peut-être bien comme mixeur.
Il manque un peu d’identité. Je suis un peu déçu de par son manque de complexité.

J'espérai de déguster depuis pas mal de temps et j'ai été déçu, peut être appréciable, mais il ne m'a pas plu plus que ça.
Le rhum se ressent mais il manque de saveur pour moi.

Had this rum will I was in Atlanta, Georgia last year in 2020 while I was at a Mexican food restaurant. The food was not the same as California food but that is beside the point. This rum was so smooth and so rich in flavor with no burn to it. This was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this if you are able to find it because I can't anywhere.

Aroma is warm with wood vanilla and fruits. Taste is explosive with fruits, wood and orange. Not bad, but less complex than I would expect from 15y. 7.5 points

Prvý dojem: redší..., ostrejší, suchší, jemný, hladký s výbornou dlho doznievajúcou chuťou. Trošku prázdnejší ale chutný.

Nie, stále lepšie, až po dlhodobom dopití som docenil naozaj koňakovú suchosť a kvalitu.

Very delicate oak on the nose, bit of alcohol too. Palate gives nice oak and dry fruits with spices. Quite pleasant alcohol taste too, after taste is quite dry and long.

Perfect ok copy from Guatemala. Smooth, sweet and nice. Just like it usually is from South America. Affordable but there are definitely better rums from Guatemala.

Not so sweet but damn fine stuff! I love these kind of not over sweet rums

I expected a lot more from this rum. Other expresions from this region don't disapoint. This was smooth but lacking in flavor and complexity. Just a little bland

After compairing this 15y old with the 18y old I would realy recomend paying a little bit extra and buying the 18y old.
