The English had their Hot Water and Lemon. (Grog)
The Danish Navy preferred molasse. I preferre the Navy Strength 55%
The Danish naval hero Peder Willemoes is remembered with a beer added navy rum. Delicius
.................................................................................................................................................
EN: an important step compared to the cadet, they disappear from the negative parts, being a slightly more rounded drink, but the taste is there, a kind of sweet fir bud syrup, licorice and with an aftertaste with a hint of bitter
Smager ganske fint, helst afkølet. Generelt en god sød rom
A full mouth of rum as a seaman can take and you will remember all the good times aboard ship.
Ikke smagt ... .
I do like the sweeter rom's but his one is just a bit over the top for me. It is still a good rum but I would habe likes it better if it was'nt as sweet. It also lags in the later taste notes.
A kind of varnish like note mingling in with candied oranges.
"Sipped the rum is extremely smooth and totally devoid of any alcohol burn whatsoever. Taste wise it is all cloying chocolate and sugar coated tangerines with a tiny hit of marmalade."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
