Light amber with brass reflections in the glass.
The nose is very fresh and fruity. Pear, quince, apple, grape, wood, resin, caramel and some spices.
On the palate some alcoholic spiciness and few flavors. Caramel a little wood and a few fruits.
The finish is all gone after the burn.
A bit too light for a Trinidad rum, too bad. Maybe for mixed drinks ?

My first touch with Zaka and I expect a little bit more. Very light smell mainly with tropical fruit, caramel and alcohol. In taste again mainly fruit, caramel, oak and sugar cane and medium burn at the end.
Almost without aroma... Very light, but not terrible:)
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
