This was a very drinkable rum but did not have enough depth or complexity for me to give it the 9s and 10s that everyone else is.

This is a great Rum, very smooth considering it’s bone dry. It’s balanced and well rounded with strong notes of vanilla and more subtle notes of allspice and dark fruit. The smoky taste comes from aging in the ex American oak bourbon barrels. Everyone I’ve shared it with are quick converts, a definite crowd pleaser.
