Sailor Jerry Spiced

Totally like the biography of Sailor Jerry. Seems like he was a nice chap and would have given great convo as you are getting your tattoo. As for the rum, it's not so bad. It can be a sipper with a couple of ice cubes and is an adequate mixer. Seems like a rum with an attitude and better than Captain Spiced. For now a 5 for me but I may up it to a 6 in time.

Its a decent entry level rum thats ok with coke, bit of an unpleasant after taste that reminds me of led pencils but its mild. Can be drowned ouot with extra mix or a bit of lime.

Huge following now in the UK, which I find unfortunate as there are so many better rums out there. It is smooth enough to be sipped though probably better as a mixer. It didn't really stand out to me as a spiced rum, so I feel its price more than flatters its taste.

No soy fan de los rones con muchas especias. Es un ron dulce y hay que tener cuidado si se enfiesta con este ron ya que los grados de alcohol son elevados 47, lo que podría repercutir en daños para tu esófago. Hace un año compre una caja 12 por qué la dieron muy barata sin embargo muchas de las botellas las he regalado.

More then a rum it's a culture. This has been my goto rum for a night on the town for quite some time. It's perfect with Coke and is usually how I drink it. It's higher proof makes it all that better to mix and although it doesn't taste like "real" rum it still fits the category, with a hint of vanilla and a strong bite.

A decent enough rum, but somewhat overpriced in my opinion. Not good enough to drink neat, but a very fine rum for mixing and casual drinking.

simply put the alcohol in this one hit me in the nose and the flavour really not my cup of rum

An upgrade on captain if you are buying from a supermarket. However, there are better spiced rums at a similar price or in the case of rebellion, a lower price. Very sweet and lots of vanilla. Excellent as a mixer not for sipping
