Atlantico Private Cask

This rum starts out fairly well but shortly after it passes over you tongue and is headed for your stomach you will find it lacking. It goes flat and fades off the scene almost immediately. Decent rum but not something I would keep on my shelf. Even A rum and coke with this rum makes you want to add something else to step it up a notch.

This really is a perfectly acceptable rum, though I now struggle to find value for money in Atlantico due to the sheer volume of good sipping rums being produced in and around the same price bracket.

This was recommended to me but i was not caught. Its not bad but its nothing special or memorable.

Vůně ovoce, příjemná nepříliš sladká chuť. Po polknutí hřeje, ale příjemně.

An ok sipping rum with a slightly bitter finish.
Did not meet my expectations of a 25 yrs Solera rum.

Vůně trochu nahnilá, ale chuť standardní - sladká, s tóny višní.

This rum is easy to drink, but a bit bland. It is mellow, notes of vanilla, nice woody palate. The nicest part seems to be the aftertaste which is a bit like silky cognac.

Ok rum. Was expecting a bit more to be honest. Lacking a bit character

Tried it in a sample tasting at tw&s. It didn't shock me or discourage me.. that was 7+ months ago. I have yet to buy a bottle. I have others I needed to buy in it's place and not enough room to store something not going to be used everyday or on special occasions. Save your money folks.

Not a great sipping option. It just doesn't have enough character or complexity to sip. Reminds me of the FDC 12. Not bad with some cola though.
