Appleton Estate V/X

Fairly Smooth And a good mixer for the price. I often find this in place of AE 12 year. Not as good but comparable. Mostly used as a mixer.

Blue Chair Bay Coconut

Not Country But a good coconut rum option. Beats Cruzan and Malibu and second to only Brinley. Good, real tasting coconut flavor.

Good Value for "aged" Not bad considering the price. I believe I paid $21 for a 750ml. Best mixed not on the rocks or neat.

Pyrat XO Reserve

Unique Flavor Pyrat is a good not great rum. It has an interesting flavor. I've experienced it best with cola. It is not a good value.

Myers's Original Dark

Dark & Stormy Not anything I would drink neat. However, a staple for the dark & stormy. Not really my rum for any other mixer. I would agree it is good as floate

Alternative to Myers If you like dark & stormys with Myers you'll like Black Seal. Very similar.....not anything I'd drink neat or without a mixer.

Best for Whopatooli Great for large batch and frozen drinks when you don't need much flavor. Headache prone. Not for mixing although OK but definitely not for sipping.

Kilo Kai Spiced

No Captain Well, it is a very good value but it isn't very good. No replacement for Captain or Sailor Jerry.

Mr. Boston Light

Irish for Headache Petrol....with an acidic finish. I wouldn't even put in whopatooli.
