I love rum! I like to drink my rum neat. No ice, no water... no mix. Long ago when the rum trade was ongoing... that's how they drank it... and that's how I'll drink it. If you can't enjoy it straight... as far as I'm concerned... it's not good rum. Don't get me wrong, I do drink rum and coke and I love a good mojito... but there is rum for mixing and there is rum you should never mix. I tend to like a sweeter rum with a long finish.
