Surprised Very clean and balanced. The sweet reminds me of burnt sugar and banana.

St Croix and Bahama Tart spiced pomegranate zesty lemon. Seems more of a whiskey sour that is spiced

Mexico Surprised by how much I really like this! Tasting pineapple and Carmel

Dominican republic Carmel color and flavor. Juicy lychee. woody with vanilla

Panama Very nice with a sweet and slightly spicy flavor. Does finish hot

Martí estate Very nice, sweet, hot finish but, ok some spiciness

Minoki Mizunara Cask Finished

Japanese rum? Tastes like a sherry finish. Has a medium body. Slightly hot and reminds me of a sherry bourbon
