Perfect Nice Molasses/baking spice without being too sweet, and just enough funk. Very smooth.

Plantation XO 20th Anniversary

Very good sipping rum It is fairly mild overall, but good neat. Super smooth, and very enjoyable

Kirk and Sweeney 18-year

Fantastic Smells blissful, full Butterscotch and vanilla. Taste is heavier on Raisins/Currants, still very good. Sweet, sharp, beautiful for sipping.

New Holland Freshwater Amber

Solid Fruity Sipper Not overly sweet, but heavy on raisin/currant flavors from aging in wine casks.

Pusser's Gunpowder Proof 3-year

Smooth Nuanced Sipper Strong dry fruit and a slight almost chocolate taste, but remains very smooth throughout

Doorly's ABV43 12-year

Smooth and Fruity Not overwhelming, but light and smooth. Heavy on raisins/currants/figs, slight baking spice

Solid Funky Sipper Relatively mild as far as Jamaican Overproofs go, but not lackluster in the slightest

Haven't tried anything like it Smells heavily of olive & Pineapple, and is decently funky, although moreso rotting Pineapple than the usual Jamaican rotting Banana funk

Very nice, but pricey Very similar flavor profile to their Freshwater Amber (Raisins/Apricot/dried fruit), but a decent bit stronger and almost twice the price. I would try

Mount Gay XO Extra Old

Good introduction Good choice for starting out, not too expensive, and gives you a good representation of ages rums

Good for sipping Completely different than regular Bumbu; solid sipper for the price

Sweet Rum This is a solid inexpensive rum if you're a fan of very sweet drinks. Not my go to, but good as dessert

Dessert Rum Very sweet, and heavy on vanilla/Butterscotch/baking spice. Not a very traditional rum.

Solid All Around It's nice and smokey, heavy, but not overwhelming. Nothing bad to say about it, it just didn't blow me away

Like Smooth Bourbon Nice and simple rum, not too much going on but what's there is really nice. A bit underwhelming for the price, but not bad by any means

Solid Overall smooth rum, slightly smokey with raisin/currant notes.

Good for Spiced Generally not a fan of spiced Rums, but this one isn't bad. Not too strongly spiced like most

Nothing Special This is a solid white rum, nothing spectacular though. Fairly mild flavor for the amount of burn, not offensive in any way though

White Mixer Nothing special, it's the best super affordable white rum for mixing.

El Dorado 5-year

Very Sweet Too sweet for sipping, but is a good affordable mixer

Dictador Solera Ultra Premium Reserve 12-year

Decent Rum It is not bad as a sipping rum, but there are many better rums in the same price range

Banana Liqueur Good mixer, it has its place. Just not good for sipping unless you like loads of sweet

Nothing special It's fine as a mixer, although overpriced for that purpose. Not the best for sipping.
