Havana Club Anejo Especial

My go to rum Probably my favourite session rum so far. I look forward to discovering an alternative that can eclipse this beauty. Value for money assured.

Won't be disappointed Delicious on its own or over ice. Makes me proud to be Jamaican.

Value for money This never disappoints me. Clean, flavoursome and versatile. Would I drink it neat? Probably not. Would I be happy to have some? Absolutely.

Mount Gay Eclipse

Just about sippable but great mixer Happy to drink this when given the opportunity. Not my usual choice but pleasant nonetheless.

Appleton Estate Special Gold

Solid banker Quaffable when mixed or blended. A go to for a daquiri or cocktail. Not sure I would sip it. Perhaps over ice with soda.

Sip it if you must A bit too heavy for me and not as good value as the younger and cheaper expressions. I wanted it to be so much more. Ho hum for an average rum.
