Ron Zacapa Centenario 23

the original if you have a bottle for sale, I'll happily a trade a kidney for it. Just a fantastic rum.

The Daddy rich and sweet, everything you would expect. An exceptional sipper.

Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva

The benchmark for sub £35 Always have a bottle on the back bar. Much more preferable to the RZ Solera 23 which replaced the amazing RZ 23.

Angostura 1919 8-year

sweeter isn't always better imho this is a far more complex rum than the 1824, which is a lot sweeter. Excellent sipper.

El Dorado 8-year

not a sipper this has a bit too much alcohol on the throat to drink neat.... However it makes an awesome rum old fashioned. Definitely worth having an ever-present

Ron Zacapa 23 Solera

the imposter if you hadn't previously drank the original RZ 23, you would be forgiven for thinking this was a superb rum. However it's a poor cousin to its predece

Flor de Caña 18-year

didn't deliver i was expecting great things from this but it just didn't do it for me. I haven't given up on it yet though....

Havana Club 7-year

the starting point Great with coke, lime and ice to begin the night. I imagine it's where most rum enthusiasts began their journey

Gosling's Black Seal

great mixer preferable to Havana 7yr old in almost all cocktails. Excellent mixer but wouldn't drink it neat

enjoyable tot perfectly acceptable dark rum for mixing. Worth choosing if only to support a uk distiller
