Barcelo Imperial

I have been travelling forse more than 30 years throughout the carebbean islands and it is still the best Rum in my opinioni.

Цвет медный, достаточно тёмный.
Ножки стекают со средней скорость.

Аромат интенсивный и сложный - сладость, богатая ваниль, сухофрукты из которых что-то сильно доминирует, но разобрать что именно так и не смог.

Вкус очень сладкий и очень мягкий - меласса, приятная ваниль, сухофрукты, немного карамель и варёная
морковь, которая здесь диссонирует. Аромат и вкус коррелируются. Это самый мягкий и самый сладкий ром, что довелось пить. Пьётся очень легко.

Как для рома из колонны непрерывной дистилляции вполне не плохо. Свой характер присутствует.

Пустой бокал очень приятно пахнет мелассой и ванилью.

Через месяц простоя половины бутылки, напиток успокоился и уже не такой оверсладкий, и в целом стал приятней.

На утро ощущения нормальные. Есть с чем сравнить :)

I first had this in punta cana and absolutely loved it. i started having friends pick me up a bottle when visiting the dominican. The odd time the LCBO carries it in hamilton. I prefer this straight up or on the rocks rather than in a mix or rum and coke. Out of a dozen rums in my liquor cabinet, this is the one i reach for after a long day at work.

big favourite of mine. Great value for performance. Love the almond/nut smell as well as the chocolate. Taste is great, sweet, yet with touch of alcohol. Just loving it

This room is the best for me. Very good smell and testy, men's character, good with smoke, absolutely not for short drinks, and don't have difficult test but it the best for all what I have tested. Recommended to buy

I was a bit hesitant to start but I found it smooth and tasteful. Full body taste to it. It was great both as it self and mixed with Dark Ginger Ale. I have not tried it with coke yet, but I do say that ginger ale is better with rum personally. The rum does leave a great after taste and is dangerous cause it is so smooth and easy to drink. :) Recommend to anyone wanting a great tasting rum without hurting the bank.

This is a classic Dominican/Cuban style Rum. In Germany not much more expensive than the Barcelo Gran Anejo. It should be between 20-25 €. I have to add, this Rums really benefits if it is drunked with a cigar. This really can't be said about most rums in this price segment. I I add one point.
