There is something I dislike here but can't put my finger on... A sort of artificial vanilla I normally associate with sweetened column still rums, which I didn't think this was. It's not terrible, but even at the low price, it tastes cheaper than it is. There are too many other mid range choices for me to recommend or return to this.
Silky smooth mouth and throat feel with a nice warmth on the finish. Perfect sweetness for me (I tend towards dry)! VERY light flavors though, to the point that I am continually searching for anything at all. Maybe some slight hints of butter and vanilla? Virtually no finish to speak of as well. If someone prefers a simple/ smooth rum (real McCoy 5 yr) to a more complex/ flavorful one, this one would be worth trying. It's just not what I prefer in a rum.
Love this. Picked a bottle at duty free on way out if Puerto Rico. Had been wanting to try it for a while. Well worth the wait. Love it. Great sipper
Cost less than $40 in duty free and itโs one of my first choices to sip on after work.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Surprisingly nice. Smooth oak flavor. Nice for sipping lite in color.
