Spicy, burnt coffee, chocolate and chilli on the tongue.
Cherries, raspberry and rotten pineapple on the nose

The best parts of guyana, jamaica, and barbados are not here, but we do have them. One can discern the different styles blended in.

Flavors of molasses, licorice, pepper, brown sugar with a buttery mouth feel.

It's not bad. I recommend it neat, with a little lime or in a Pain Killer cocktail.

25% 5letého rumu z Barbadosu (kotlíková i kolonová destilace)
20% nezrajícího rumu z Guyany (kotlíková i kolonová destilace)
5% 3letého vysokoesterového rumu z Jamajky (kotlíková destilace)

Aroma: Výrazné tropické ovoce - mango, kokos, tabákový kouř, trouchnivějící dřevo.
Chuť: Hutná, kořeněná (hřebíček), hořká čokoláda.
Dozvuk: Velmi hořká čokoláda, velká porce hořkého dřeva a závan sušeného ovoce.
Sladkost: 0/3

Velmi příjemné překvapení! Za málo peněz hodně muziky. Kdo má rád guyanský styl, který není přehnaně hořký, bude určitě spokojen.

One of the sweeter rums I've tried. Very drinkable straight but nice offset with ginger beer.

I haven’t had many navy style rums to compare this one to but that being said I really enjoyed this.

In the glass it’s very dark with a sweet nose of chocolate and caramel with hints of coffee. The first sip is a tad bit bitter but quickly gives way to fruit and strong caramel.

If I had any negative to say is that the price point is a little high for this but since I’ll mostly be using this as a shopper that’s understandable.

Easy to drink neat or mixed. Nice flavours and well blended and balanced mix of Caribbean rums. I honestly enjoyed the bottle and never found it wanting. Here in Aus it is on the expensive side and I have to concede that there are superior rums at a cheaper price point but why not give it a go. Variety is the spice of life....

Quite a nice rum, okay for sipping. Not great but certainly not bad!

Bitter, with sweetness only revealing itself too late on the pallet. The Jamaican funk doesn’t mix well, and either it takes over or is not detectable, depending on the sip. Leathery.

I get it. At this price point you could get Hampden 46, El Dorado 15, or something a little higher end. But I really appreciate this as a solid sipping blend. It’s not overly complex or refined. Just solid rum.

The Guyana rum definitely takes the forefront on this one. Sweet chocolate and thick molasses is apparent throughout. But as someone who prefers funky Jamaican rum this is mellowed out by the Barbados and slight Jamaican influence.

Would I buy two of these to make sure I don’t run out? No. But when I finish my current bottle I can see myself bringing something like this on a weekend trip with friends or to the beach.

It’s agreeable, fun, and easy. Enjoy!

I suppose I’m a little disappointed or maybe expected a bit more.
A rum consisting of Jamaican, Guyanese and Bajan rums really should offer more.

Good nose, great colour but slightly lacking in body.

Makes a very good dark & stormy, but that’s not really what I bought it for.

Graham.
