This is a good rum that is very strong, which makes it hard for me to taste the finer points. This company is from Tennessee, and has been distilling rum for a few years now. That alone is pretty cool. Most people don't think of rum from that area.
This rum is the same as one of their other offerings, with spice added. I don't believe its aged at all.
