On the nose you definitely get the grassy notes along with some nuts and honey. The first taste brings more grassy sugarcane with some berries and almonds with a little pepper. A decent sipper that I will try with mixed drinks as well in the future.

Not sweet. Not smooth. Some Agricole similarities, but definitely not Agricole. Grassy, complex and intriguing. Might be close to something great but isnt balanced or emdelicioys enough...yet.

This rum is named after the former name of the old Carrollton neighborhood where this white rum is crafted from 100% Louisiana sugar cane. At only 42% ABV, it does not taste like a rhum agricole from Martinique. I won't be buying it again.
