Thick syrupy, smooth. Honey. Lots of spice. Allspice, cardamom and nutmeg. Not much bite. Short finish but extremely smooth and Pleasent. Licorice/anise notes. Vanilla in the background. Full body. Nice stuff. Would make a fantastic hot buttered rum.
