Cardinal Tiki rum, a column-distilled, evaporated cane juice- and molasses-based rum that’s fermented with a hefeweizen yeast and a wild yeast strain that grows on sugarcane. It comes off the still at just under 150 proof and is diluted to 80 proof before bottling.via American Rum Report
