This rum is made from standard Spiced Rum . Then sclera aged . The spiced rum just gets stronger every year. You can taste the oak the smooth taste is amazing. If you get the chance to try don't pass it up.

Good rum, very smooth. As spiced rums go it is quite good.

A rum that is hard to get in Sarasota, the home of the distillery. I believe that it is released once a year. It has a stronger taste than the regular spiced rum. Good for a mixed cocktail. I heard that it has gotten high ratings. It is aged using a Solera method. It just not hit my taste profile. Strong flavor but not a great amount of sweet rum finish. Perhaps a little over hyped.
