Cihuatan Obsidiana

This rum was a lucky finding for me. I was amazed by the design and the size of it, it was really hard to ignore when I saw it at the airport.

The tasting notes and quality of the rum itself is striking, really interesting and sophisticated, you can sense and experience cashew nuts, cinnamon and citrus tasting notes, It's an exceptionally elegant rum. I highly recommend it if you're lucky to find it.

On a Liter Bottle, great! Very well balanced truly aged rum. I enjoyed it neat most times. And in some cases with ice.

Found in airport in Curaçao. Excellent rum, loved it.

Macadamia nuts and sweetened mango, cinnamon and boot polish

Candied oranges , peaches

Un rhum qui ne m'a laissé que de bon souvenir. De la vanille, du caramel. J'aime beaucoup.

Aroma is light with fruity tones. Taste is sweeter with candied fruit, appricote and bannana. Not very complex and shorter vanilla aftertaste.

Voňavý lehčí (letní) rum se specifickou chutí.
Vůně: velice příjemná vanilka s karamelem. Možná trochu skořice a ořechy.
Chuť: svěží chuť (působí jako méněprocentní) ořechy (makadam, pistácie a hlavně kešu)
Doznívá příjemně sladkými tóny rambutanu/liči.

Very good rum especially if you prefer sweeter rums. Aroma is very fruity with vanilla and candy. Taste is also sweet but no too much. You can recognize flavours of vanilla, banana and cinnamon.

Very good rum from El Salvador with strong alcohol on beggining, medium sweet and very complex and long aftertaste.
