Visited the Mt. Uncle Distillery in FNQ , tried 3 of their rums. Nice golden colour , 5 yrs old , no colours , additives etc.. pure rum without the harsh lighter fuel taste of similar rums.. Dry and rather whisky ish in taste but not offensive. Slight burn in the throat but overall solid basic rum. Would make a good mixer.
