A trully great rum, it's dryness doesn't make it easy for rookies to apreciate it!!!

This 15 years old Barbancourt agricole rum is one of my favourite haitian rums! It's strong but very tasty with a strong spiced and oak taste!

I received this bottle as a XMas gift some years ago. From what I remember it was an easy drinking versatile rum.

very good sipping rum, nice and thin, something like cognac

The Estate Reserve is a nice fruity cane juice spirit. It is a very good sipping rum. I am interested in trying the white next for mixing.

Light Amber with very thin legs that fall immediately. Lots of alcohol on the nose with notes of dried fruit and vanilla. Taste is of raisins and spices leading into a heavy alcohol finish that quickly fades leaving you with a dry sweetness across the palate.
