I'm a big fan of the Reserva Exclusiva. This has many of the same flavour notes. It's smoother, but also seems to have lost something to achieve that smoothness. I think that for me it's not worth the price hike from the Reserva.

Strong nose of vanilla, toffee and oak. Oily, coating mouthfeel that also reveals notes of tobacco and slight espresso in the aftertaste. Absolutely an improved reserva exclusiva. Would probably rate it 8.5 if possible but feeling generous :)

Vynikající sladší rum, velmi podobný jeho známější sestře Reserva Exlusiva jen se silnějším závěrem. Díky jeho vyšší ceně bych ale volil spíše onu sestru.

Za mě rozhodne lepší varianta než klasické diplomatico. Chuť je výraznější a je cítit po švestkach a vanilce

The difference is hardly distinguishable from the Reserva Exclusiva. Just as good or slightly better. The bottle looks better for the Reserva Exclusiva so mind as well get that one for cheaper.

Very good rum, not excellent. Reserva exclusiva is better for me .

I in person like orignal reserva more. More sweetness more flavor but for some people this one will be amazing!
