Quite a bit of oak and vanilla on this one, not as sweet as some of their other rums. By no means is it bad, but for the price I think there are better options out there

So, this is part of the family? Must be Uncle Ron. It's a fair drier and less sweet than the Exclusiva Reserva. Is it better. Dunno. I'm leaning no, but I might lean yes after a few more tots. We will see.
In any case, vanilla, caramel, oak and warm berries were what I got out of it. There's a touch of sweetness and a touch of dryness and both are well situated. Call it a medium rum, then - neither dry nor sweet, but a tad drier than the mid.

En riktigt fin rom som spöar Reserva Exclusivan. Ett plus att den inte är för söt.

More of a alcohol flavour with no sweetness and you can clearly feel the oakbarrel that gives it slightly a bitter taste

Great taste and great value for money. A good choice. Very easy to drink. Very smooth.

Ny lancering fra Diplomatico år 2020, et blend af 3 forskellige rom på 43%.

Lidt mindre sød, og efter min smag lidt bedre end den traditionelle Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva.

Compared to the normal diplomatico so is there not so Big sometimes this Will win in compariment.

Loved the complexity and the balance. Felt like a perfect digestif, or cigar accompaniment. But as the glass emptied, I found the sweetness more and more overbearing, to the point where it ruined it for me.
Would be fabulous in apple pie, or roast pork gravy, but just too sweet for me to drink neat
