Savanna Traditional 5-Year

The label of the sample bottle was very promising and I trusted I was up for a nice treat. Reality was different. I thought I tasted some apples but was not so sure. Could not find this sippable. Based on tasting a 2cl sample.

Another first. Smells like apple cider...tastes like apple cider... and finishes with a hint of black pepper. Would drink again and try their other offerings. Makes me want to go to reunion island.

Another sample, another bad rum. This is one of the worst I've ever drank

Smells a bit of nail polish removers. Citrusy on the palette. Faint caramel and hazelnut. No heat more of a warm finish on the back of the tongue.

Let syrlig, det smager udmærket – fadet træder nok mere frem end de gæringsbårne elementer. Det er ikke vildt godt og heller ikke særlig interessant.

Smooth and spicy, very pleasant nose. Not alcoholic as many others write. Like the taste but the burn ruins it...unfortunately.

Nice fruit smell. Taste strong, but pleasant. I can imagine buy a bottle.

Butter on pastry and harsh aroma, spices in the body, maybe indian, smooth tail

Calendrier de l'avent 2021, jour 19. Intéressant mais laisser le respirer parce qu'on sent beaucoup l'alcool au départ, attendre une demi-heure et le nez devient plus intéressant pour un rhum de 5 ans. Bon en bouche et une belle finale.
