Bozkov Republica Reserva

Pořád voní jako tuzemák, ale chutná lépe nic méně stále jednoduše. Velice mile jsem byl překvapen z dlouhého hřejivého finiše. Proto dávám 7. Republica Exclusive mi přijde spíše jako nepovedený elixir, reserve je rum.

This is ultimate value for money everyday rum in central Europe. It's not flat, not overly sweet and it smells fine.
You can get this for 17€ and from top of my head, the only rum that comes close in terms of value for money is Pampero Anniversary for well, 22€. Quite fine Cuba Libre is possible from this.

Božkov Republica Reserva vyniká chutí, vůní i barvou a to díky výběru kvalitních třtinových rumů z Nicaraguy, Barbadosu, Dominikánské republiky, Trinidadu, Guyany a Jamajky, z nichž některé zrají v dubových sudech až 12 let. V chuti objevíte cukrovou třtinu, fíky a pomeranče s mírným dubovým závěrem. V aroma se mísí tóny sušených švestek, exotického ovoce kávy a karamelu. Dlouhé zrání v sudech otisklo rumu tmavě jantarovou barvou.

It is not exactly "nature" product, you can feel some spice or sugar. Nevertheless the taste is really balanced and very interesting and very good. It hat much less sugar than normal Republica Exclusive.

Sweetish, rounded with fruit and with a slighlty sharp ending and full taste.

It is a better guy than Republica Exclusive, containing more and older rums. It is stronger, taste is more adult, so it has nice body. Rum is dry and not so sweet. Can't recognise tastes, but wood is present from casks for sure. I think it is a good way how to learn Czechs drink a better rum in Czech Republic than traditional Rum Božkov made from potato treacle.

Reserva is beeter than standard Republica - a bit less sweet and without chemical afrertaste. Similar to Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva for 50% of price.
