Awesome rum. Sweet but not too sweet. Smells great, vanilla, banana, chocolate, and some oak, cant really seem to find the PX cask there but I'm sure it adds some goodness to it. Great everyday sipper!
Aroma is nice with honey and raisin. Taste is sweeter with honey, raisin and forest fruit. The aging in Pedro Ximenez barrel you can rwgognize in sherry aftertaste This rum is my favorite one from Sister Isles cask edition. 8.5 points
this rum surprised me its finish, sweet sensation but very little sugar, if you compare whith dos maderas
Alkohol: 45 %
Původ: Svatý Kryštof a Nevis/Španělsko
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

The rum does a lot of right.
From the smell I get chocolate, toasted coffee, hint of tobacco, but mild, and some dark fruits.
From the taste I get some overripe banana, pretty oaky and maybe a hint of fruit. It has a decent mouthfeel, though expect some burn once you breathe.
The aftertaste is heavy on the alcohol I think, at least the bottle I have. It burns sharply, though it quickly tapers off. Some oak lingers for a long time.
I have ot say this isn't my favorite by a long shot, but it is certainly not a bad rum either. It is a sipper at a decent price, though I personally struggle with really finding a place for it in my assortment. Maybe I'll change my mind after giving it some time.
Edit: After consideration, this rum goes down to a 6. I have a fair amount of rum now, and I think this is my least favorite. Something just washes out of this, and I'm left wondering why I drink it. It's not bad, and it's perfectly drinkable, but it's just so meh.
