Best rum for mojitos, this is a go to for a mixer of who doesn’t like white rums!

I found this one at a newly opened wine and liquor clearance store near me. Being that it was only $15 and I had rated it's sister Anejo as a 5, I gave it a try. It is aged up to 2 years to give it it's very pale yellow color. This was created by them to be an excellent mixer and that goal is achieved. I like it slightly better than their Anejo. As a neat sipper, it is neither offensive nor memorable. This one makes you appreciate the complex aging that went into it's older sister, Santa Teresa 1796, which I have rated in my top 6 percent.

A new (old?) take on white rum. She'd in white oak casks, this has more notes than regular white rum.
