Sailor Jerry Spiced

This is my favourite spice rum. Nice sweet spice that goes down pretty smooth neat but is best with some cola or ginger ale. Have gone through a few bottles!

Not what I expected, pleasantly surprised.
Will buy again.

Vanilla forward with reasonably balanced spice on the back end. Not to be sipped, but I would love to see what it did if aged for a couple years.

the Sailor is always a good choice. Excellent all around rum for sipping, mixing or shooting. It's always a good time when Sailor Jerry is driving the boat!

Une belle couleur ambré foncée pour ce sailor jerry. Un nez qui fait clairement ressortir la vanille et les épices. En bouche, l'attaque est très douce et très rond pour un épicé. La finale fait ressortir une note d'alcool qui donne du peps. Je l'utilise principalement en cocktail. Idéal pour le dark and stormy, Mai Thai ou encore le Rockabilly

You cannot go wrong with a bottle of Sailor Jerry.
Sweet, nice spice, and a down right good rum.

Really good bang for the buck. Sailor Jerry has a strong spice that is great for making its presence known in mixed drinks, but all that spice is a bit harsh when drinking neat. It does leave a nice flavor in your mouth and a warmth in the loins.

Have tried this a couple of times now and as I'm not one for mixing won't be making it a third time drinking this straight up. Definitely not one to be slowly appreciated

With the high alcohol content, this rum doesn't hit as harsh as you would think. Straight or as a mixer, Sailor Jerry's vanilla and oak notes come through quite nicely. There is a slight burn when consumed too warm, but, when enjoyed in soda or straight with a drop or two of fresh lime, it's rant quite good!

good to have around with a little coke. the vanilla brings out the cola, and I can serve this to my guests and keep the top stuff to myself. Upgrade from the generic captain
