Sailor Jerry Spiced

Je možné, že v kole může tento rum udělat dobrou službu, proto snad i dávám 4b, ale samotný jen tak? Rozhodně ne!

it's OK - goes great with coke, strong vanilla scent.

Basic mixer style spiced rum. Decent with dry ginger ale and lime.

Same as kraken and Captain Morgan etc.

There’s something in it that really turns me off this rum but I’m not sure what it is. I don t think I’ll bother subjecting myself to more just to figure it out.

This bottle will wait in my cabinet for guests I don’t like that much to drink ;)

Left a bottle open overnight and the sweet smell stank out the whole room. Far too sweet to have with coke but not nearly good enough to have straight.

1. owned by (2022): William Grant & Sons (GB), the third largest producer of Scotch whisky after Diageo and Pernos Ricard. brands: Glenfiddich, Grant's, Balvenie, Tullamore, Drambuie and many more.
2. distillery (2022): unknown. some "caribbean rum"...
3. bottled: Girvan Distillerie (Scotland)

almost zero information about the rum and its origin on both the Sailor Jerry and the WGS site. just a bunch of crap about tattoos and anything that doesn't involve rum.
infact: terrible rum. indistinct aroma, alcoholic taste, the same alcoholic aftertaste that stings and burns the throat. I understand that there are purely cocktail rums, but in their pure form they also have to represent something of themselves.

I've only had Sailor Jerry at college parties where people feel compelled to take never-ending shots of it.

The spice blend is on point but it is so incredibly sweetens, it removes all enjoyment from the product.

No soy fan de los rones con muchas especias. Es un ron dulce y hay que tener cuidado si se enfiesta con este ron ya que los grados de alcohol son elevados 47, lo que podría repercutir en daños para tu esófago. Hace un año compre una caja 12 por qué la dieron muy barata sin embargo muchas de las botellas las he regalado.

It's not rum. Just a coloured vodka with a bit of taste.
