Diplomatico 2005

Really nice taste. Good depth. It is not too sweet but very well balanced. There is a clear smell of sherry which goes well with the taste. The rum reminds me a bit of Unhiq XO.

Im Geruch gedörrte Früchte, Vanille und noch mehr.....
Farbe dunkler Bernstein...
Im Geschmack vielschichtig, dunkle Schokolade, gedörrte Früchte, Beeren, Süß, gut eingebunden und nicht dominierend.
Im Abgang Vanille gegen Ende konnte ich ein wenig Kirsche (Amarena) erschmecken und auch das „Sherry Finishing“ mit Holz- Nuss/Mandelnote ist erkennbar.

Fazit: meine erst 9, was soll ich sagen, ein sehr guter Rum, sehr gute ausgewogene Komposition zwischen trocken und süß, wohl besser als mein bisheriger Favorit Malecon 21 Jahre, obwohl nur 13 Jahre alt, aber auch fast doppelt so teuer, das muss man schon sehen.

Nichts desto trotz, wenn man das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis mal nicht beachtet,
ein sehr sehr guter Rum, süffig, was ins Geld gehen kann ;-) und ich beachte es bei dieser Bewertung nicht, er schmeckt mir einfach zu gut, somit 9.

Nice balanced and smooth rum. Good flavor profile, but not overwhelming or mind blowing with flavor. Very subtle flavors. Not harsh, and goes nicely with a mild to strong cigar.

Der Botucal 2005 Single Vintage ist hervorragend im Geschmack und hat ein weiches Aroma auch im Abgang. Sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings über 100€ sind nachteilig.

Neskutečné jemný a vyvážený rum. Chuť sladší a vyvážená. Chuť po ovoci a čokoládě.

Probabil unul dintre cele mai bune romuri băute, arome deosebite de lemn, ciocolata cu lapte, mentă, etc, gust perfect echilibrat și aftertaste lung și extraordinar de fin. On the rocks sau straight..
