Diplomatico 2005

Very well balanced, sweeter, but not too much (like12y for example) complex body with molasses, wood, chocolate and fruits. Nice smooth and long aftertaste. Unfortunately I don't had 2004 for direct comparison :-( need to repeat it again one day :-)

Same character as all single vintage from Diplomatico. Very good and balanced.

Wonderful looking bottle, very fine taste, well balanced

For me a wonderful rum, deep vivid color, pulling towards mahogany like. Taste wise I prefer this over the Ambassador, love the chocolate notes, and the non sweet wood, the dry fruits.

I couldn’t find the 2000, but got this instead. A very enjoyable drink. Very smooth and rich, it warmed the cockles.

Strong sherry note with dry fruity whisky character, maybe a bit too hot for a rum of this caliber.

- chuť nasládlá, 43% dává více o sobě vědět, ovoce, závěr mi přijde chutně dřevitý

Super Rum, beißt ein wenig im Hals am Anfang, aber super lecker

Smooth and really nice, lots of vanilla and a nice sherry finish !
