Good rum from such a small island has a taste of vanilla

Christmas Break spent at Cayman Islands tasting Rum. Governor's Reserve Gold Rum has a nice and unique bottle and label design. Light golden color. Plenty of oak mixed with unaged alcohol to the nose and palate when neat sipped. Strong and dry burn at the end.
