The look:
The bottle is kind of cool. It has a nice design and decent label. The rum is very dark, almost brown. It does not have that golden tone to it.
The nose:
I do get some alcohol but its quite smooth. Cant really pick out one stand alone tone, and I expected more wood and oak. I'm not a big fan of the oak, so a pleasant surprise for me. It has a very sweet tone to it and an overall appealing nose.
The taste:
I expected more oak and wood, considering it has up to 15 years in oak barrels. I cant really pick up the oak at all. What I do get is dark chocolate in a smooth way. Has some darkness to it but isnt bitter. Once the chocolate goes out inget vanilla. There is some alcohol punch to it both when it hits the mouth and as an afterburn. Not too much, but its there.
Overall:
Not a contender to other 15 years, but an absolut smasher in its price range. I really recommend it if you want some sweet rum with some darkness too it. Absolutely worth the money and a great rum fore the money.

Great color. Dark and nice. The aroma is a mystery, I get alcohol... Strong alcohol. After letting it damp - I also get oak, vanilla and a little sweetness . The taste is a great surprise. No alcohol. Lot´s of sweetness (Sugar!) vanilla and oak. It will warm you all the way down. The aftermath is really short. The alcohol is the most prominent though. Not the best - but absolutely fine rum.
