Toller Geschmack, super Farbe, in der Nase zurückhaltend.

Preis/Leistungsmäßig nicht so stark, da es Gleichwertiges schon für deutlich weniger gibt.

Nose is dry with molasa and a tiny citrus aromas. Mouth is much sweeter and rich. Honey, caramel, some fruit. Good balance. Nice one.

Now, I know some people look down on solera-aged rum, but honestly, sometimes they just hit the right spot, and this bottle is perfect, when you feel like going solera.

Nose: Lots of roasted notes from coffee, cocoa bean, spices and tobacco
Taste: Caramel, honey, cocoa and a slight lemony hint that turns into a long and warm aftertaste
Overall: This rum is really great. It might be a bit to sweet for some, but it is not so sweet, that it is off putting. It is nice a well-rounded, but still somewhat complex. A nice sipper for every occasion, although a bit pricey.

Colour: nice dark amber; Smell: caramel/vanilla and wood (oak?); Taste: nice caramel flavor that brings the perfect touch of sweetness to this rum, which is otherwise dominated by a nice taste of wood barrel. I really enjoyed this one, but I do not know the price of a bottle, so I won't go higher than 8/10. The taste of alcohol could also be attenuated a bit to my taste. All in all, definitely my stuff!

It has beautiful dark colour, smoky smells and in taste is a rich of flavours, especially a lot of honey. Whole is balanced, just excellent!

A really round taste with a lof of flavours and a rum typical strong finish.

20ml uit een advent kalender. Te weinig eigenlijk. Smaakt oké. Weinig Karakter.
