Don Papa Masskara

It Smells fresh and fruity, it drinks fresh and fruity, and it tastes very good at a tropical party. The only thing I miss is something special. It stays a bit flat. But despite that it drinks very well and That’s why I think it is worth a 8. Cheers.

Mein Fall ist er leider nicht, hat in meinen Augen nichts mit Rum zu tun. Übersüss, sehr zitronig und viele Gewürze. Im Grossen 7nd Ganzen empfinde ich den Rum als zu eindimensional. Nichts desto trotz - werde auch weiterhin Don Papas probieren 😉

I am not sure if it had too much spice, or sweeteness. After taste was not pleasant.
It is smooth, has peach notes.

The smell of tangerine when opening the bottle! Pretty good tasting rum but if you don’t like citrus this is not the rum for you. I have been mixing with sprite and fanta and thats very nice!

Az édes vonalú rumok között nagyon jó. Nem túl édes, pont jó az arány, kis narancs , kis fűszeresség, könnyű utóíz, narancsos, felismerhető illat.

It is smoother than the original Don Papa. But without the kick it seems massively sweet. Therefore, I would prefer the original one as this one is even too sweet even though I usually like sweeter rums. Still, it has a pleasant taste of vanilla and exotic fruits.

It tastes, on the one hand, a little bit like stone pine and, on the other hand very sweet. Not like a rum, but still somehow interesting.

Very smooth rum with calamansi (Philippine lime) flavor.
