Die Nase wird von Düfte nur so überrannt. Woow eine breite Palette von Beeren, Früchten, Holznuancen, Gebäck mit Vanille und Karamell um nur ein kleines Profil wiederzugeben.
Im Gaumen trotz Fassstärke extrem sanft und doch explodieren die Aromen nur so auf deinen Geschmacksknospen. Kandierte karamellisierte tropische Früchte mit Kakao bestreut. Holzaromen von jung, grün, frisch bis gefällt, gesägt, morsch, moosig. Blumen, Heu, Vanille..... Alles miteinander und doch Jedes an seinem Platz.
Im Abgang zieht sich die lange Parade der Aromen hin.
Ein wunderbarer Rhum, leider sehr limitiert. Für Geniesser und Sammler. 9++

Light amber with strawberry juice in a glass.
The nose is overrun by scents. Woow a wide range of berries, fruits, wood nuances, pastries with vanilla and caramel to give only a small profile.
On the palate, despite the barrel strength, it is extremely smooth and yet the aromas only explode on your taste buds. Candied caramelized tropical fruits sprinkled with cocoa. Woody aromas from young, green, fresh to chopped, sawn, rotten, mossy. Flowers, hay, vanilla..... Everything with each other and yet each in its place.
The long parade of aromas lingers in the finish.
A wonderful Rhum, unfortunately very limited. For connoisseurs and collectors. 9++
