Kratfuld rum fra Trinidad. Den er lige kraftig nok til min smag. Kunne efter min smag godt være lavere på ABV.

Na nose hlavně jack fruit, sladkost, mírná špína. V chuti podobně, dochuť dlouhá.

Tried the Batch #4. Very intensive rum (molasse based) due to high degree of alcohol, which nevertheless is very well integrated. As a result you get a very nice fruity nosing and the palate (please take only small sips) is quite intensive. Finnish is good but does not match a grand arome rum from Jamaica or Reunion, therefor "only" 8 out of 10. In my view this rum offers a good price/value ratio. Real grade is 8.5.

Výrazně meruňkový a ovocný rum šmrncnutý kouřem.

I absolutely love bottle and detailed label - very cool presentation. Very strong rum, with tobacco and wood notes, very uncomon rum taste.

The nose is dirty. I get gum, wild leather with some sweeter notes like caramel. It's a typical tasty TDL for me. If you don't like this diry aromas stay away from it. There are also some medical notes, vanilla, dry fruits, wood and citrus.
Not very complex but very tasty. I like especially the wild leather.

The taste starts also with gum, wild leather, caramel and medical notes. A good and typical Trinidad rum. Then some vanilla, dry fruits and wood with citrus.
In the middle I get mint, wild leather, gum, citrus and medical notes. Thats great, a good rum with a lot of potential if it would be aged further. It would be as good as the 19y Rum Artesanal Trinidad.
Then finish starts as always with spice, then medical notes, vanilla, dirty notes like gum and leather.
The aftertaste is tasty. I notice mint, some medical notes, wild leather.

Great Trinidad rum overall, I would rate it with 88 points. With further aging we could talk about 92+.
