Fermented refined molasses then double-distilled in a direct-fired copper pot-still and matured for two years in a 100+litre ex-Sherry or Wine cask (probably)

N- Reed and coconut oil with subtle caramelized red fruit jam overlay. Get fiery as it should be with more reeds and burnt lemon in the middle, as well nutty and buttery, cafe late, minted chocolate, intense but still fresh and breezy. Highly evolving and develop all the times, high quality dessert wine, top notch sauvignon blanc nuance emerge after breath, as well the scents of steamy mixed of spent black tea powder and coffee in a busy kopi tiam. Interesting stuff. (24/25)

P- Good weight and zesty greet the palate with floral and burnt matches. Ripe berries, exotic tropical fruit with excellent wood influence here, highly enjoyable for sipping that has width and depth with complexity. (22/25)

F- Long, authentic, proper, well aged with finesse and quality, merry and spicy. (22/25)

B/B- 23/25
