Roble Extra Anejo

Character of this rum is similar to big and heavy ballanced rums. Only not aging so long, therefore is less smooth, bit burning and shorter aftertaste. But for the price approx. 35Eur it is very good value.

Není to špatný rum, ale nezanechalo to ve mě v podstatě žádné pocity. Na mixování asi dobré, ale pro popíjení slabé. Celou lahev bych si nekoupil.

Smell is slightly better than taste. On nose you can feel nuts, molasses, vanilla and honey. In mouth is little bit burny with flavours of caramel, nuts, vanilla and oak. Very solid rum but it could me more smooth.

Træ, vanilje og karamel i duften, som også er lidt tør. Smag af vanilje og karamel. Ikke for sød, da den har lidt tørhed og peber. (21. December 2019 i 1423)

I've never heard of this rum so I was definitely curious to see how it stands up to some of the other rums of Venezuela. It has a nice nose of vanilla and oak. The initial taste isn't bad with caramel and oak the prominent flavors but a definite alcohol aftertaste soon overpowers. I'll give it more of chance to see if it grows on me.

In der Nase sehr frisch und vielschichtig. Da gibt's Nüsse in Karamell, leicht faule Früchte in Vanillesauce, leicht harziges Holz mit dezenten Lakritze und Kardamom Nuancen, weisse Früchte mit frisch geschnittenem Zuckerrohr.
Im Gaumen ein elegantes leicht süssliches Auftreten. Getoastete und Karamellisierte Hölzer reichen frisch gepflückte tropische Früchte dar, frisch gepresstes Zuckerrohr mit Vanille mit Gewürzen runden das ganze ab.
Im Abgang weicht die schärfe einer angenehmen Süsse, begleitet vom Karamell und Holz.
Ein leckerer Rum mit dezenter Süsse. Für Einsteiger und Geniesser. 7+

Nice rich amber with copper reflections in the glass.
In the nose very fresh and complex. There are nuts in caramel, slightly rotten fruit in vanilla sauce, slightly resinous wood with subtle liquorice and cardamom nuances, white fruit with freshly cut sugar cane.
On the palate an elegant slightly sweetish appearance. Toasted and caramelised woods are served with freshly picked tropical fruits, freshly pressed sugar cane with vanilla with spices round off the whole.
In the finish the spiciness gives way to a pleasant sweetness, accompanied by caramel and wood.
A delicious rum with a subtle sweetness. For beginners and connoisseurs. 7+

Vanilla nose, coffee flavor that develops into cherries makes it unique. A bit dry.

Classical nose, on palate not dissapointing as well. Not sweet, vanilla, coffee, cocoa.
