Rhum JM 2002 11-Year

Visited the Rhum JM distillery while vacationing in Martinique. Distillery tours were very nice and supplemented with a full open tasting bar. Rhum JM Vintage 2002 was priced at EUR 63 per bottle at the distillery. Very nice bottle and label design. Golden color. Traditional floral Rhum Agricole flavors complemented with plenty of grass and very strong oak to your nose and palate. Mild burn at the end. Rhum Agricole lovers can add 2 points to the score.

Ambré, boisé, ce rhum est puissant et rond en bouche. Il me rappelle le goût de certains whiskys

Meget saftig og sprød, og godt med syrlighed. Fad sød frugt krydderier, tobak.
