Au nez, çà sent le bois et un peu la noix. En bouche, c'est doux avec un goût puissant et rond.
Un Rhum avec une très belle longueur en bouche. Bref, Une très bonne bouteille de chez Clément.
This rum presents a harmonious blend of oak and fruit in the nose, reminiscent of aged cognac, with dried fruits like raisins adding a layer of complexity. The palate is greeted with a symphony of sweet honey and caramel at the start, flowing into a rich body of apricot and wood. Each sip reveals a subtle vanilla undertone, complementing the dominant oak character. The finish is notable for its decent sweetness, underpinned by a very enjoyable, long-lasting floral note that leaves a memorable impression. While not the pinnacle of rums for every enthusiast, it stands out for its lasting flavors and the distinctive addition of a raisin taste that rounds out the experience.
Oak barrel and dried fruits in aroma; sweet honey and caramel start, apricot and wood in body; decent sweet tail.
A lot of oak flavour with sweet hints of vanilla and caramel. Not the best run I've tasted
Smooth with a hint of sweetness, very focused oak flavor, with very enjoyable long lasting floral note.
