Lugger Spiced

I was surprised by how sweet this was! I expected a heavier and spicier flavour due to the colour of rum but was instead overpowered by the sugar. Difficult to justify the price as although smooth, there isn't a whole lot going on underneath.

I would referred to this as a grown up kraken. Great lasting flavour with a pepper like after burn

Now I love this rum and the bottle, it stands out! This rum if finely spiced with ginger, brown sugar and caramel notes I found. Very easy to sip, smooth and sweet.

Buy this if you like the smell and taste of mince pies

Loved this, hint of spice, not too harsh, great with a bit of ice.

Description- smells very cinnamon. Almost like the fire drink. Neat is not nice at all very spicy with no enough actual flavour. Much much better with mixer. So tastes and moreish. Couldn’t have much more than a couple of glasses

Favourite rum from Dorset. Tried it in a bar and bought a bottle from Lyme Regis.

Works well neat, over ice or mixed with a cola which really brings out the sweetness.

Bourbon infused rum. A strong taste of bourbon but sharply mixed with rum. This was my first time trying and I enjoyed the taste. Having that extra bourbon taste included gave it an extra lay of taste and will be one I will purchase again in soon. I mixed this with Cola
