I appreciate the effort here to put out a single still product. My understanding is that this is the KFM marque. The rum is tasty enough, with the model glue note that I get from the DDL pot stills muted more so than others. Interesting to try, but would not seek this out again.
From a sample.
Enjoyed a bottle of That Boutique-y Rum Company Diamond Distillery Guyana Rum while in London. Super unique label design. Very expensive for what it really is. Light golden color indicating very little added ingredients. Dry rum and plenty of El Dorado like flavors to the nose and palate. Stronger burn at the end due to higher alcohol content than your traditional El Dorado lineup.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
