Nose is of men’s cologne like a musk, way sweeter than the nose leads to believe, overly sweet (I lean away from sweet rums so add +1 if you like them) sweetness tastes a bit artificial. Maybe good in a sweet cocktail but definitely not a siller

Very nice, elegant bottle for a 12-year-old rum from Panama. The distillery is not known. I was able to buy the bottle on sale for 35 euros.
Alcohol: 40%
Nose: very sharp, wood, color, coffee. Not a nice combination and very disappointing
Palate: Wow. What a difference to the nose. Caramel, very mild and hardly any spiciness, sweet notes of marzipan, tastes a bit like a Caramac bar, some pepper in the background.
Sometimes reminds me of a sweet plum wine from the Chinese restaurant
Overall, great taste. Sugar content?
Finish: mouth-filling and long, marzipan with dark chocolate, some raisins
Conclusion: a really good rum to drink neat with interesting impressions at a very acceptable price. I would like to know more about the added sugar content and would buy it again
