I didn’t know this rum. A big surprise. Very particular to the nose, with an unusual smell of burnt, fabulous to the taste, every sip a different taste, delicate and that leaves an excellent aftertaste on the palate

Rum squisito come pochi altri. Giamaicano allo stato puro, una perla per pochi, fortunatamente non per tutti.

Chemical smell, sweet rich and fruity taste. Strong finish

Tastes sort of like a blend between agricole (grassy tones) and whisky. It has quite a bite as well, at least it does not have weird chemical flavor. 4/10
EDIT: So in recent months after tasting a lot of whiskies I came around to this style of rum, funky but interesting, just add tablespoon or two of water.

Foul. Soap suds and lavender. Don’t even know if there was any burn because all I could taste was soap.

Might as well be whiskey.

Rancid.

Lots of very strange notes like nail polish remover, paint solvent and paint stripper, also rubbery, but then again quite rich on tropical fruits. I generally like Jamaican rums and their funky edges, but here these notes are so overpowering they steer away too much from what I find attractive in a rum.

First sip, creamy with a bit of sweetness which disappears quickly. Rich and oily. Rubber, diesel, old leather, tobacco, a plethora of sage, baking spices(less cinnamon more clove)citrus, but more lemon, mango. Mint, and menthol at the finish. Not for everyone, but really enjoyable!

Typical jamaican style with petrol and exotic fruits like pineapple and banana. Creamy body with strong finish.

Definitly a must have for a pirat !

Dark amber color in the glass. A scent of ripe fruits and fresh spices. Taste ripe fruits, banana, pineapple, cocus, but also nuts, leather and leaves. A very good rum
